Purpose: MesoReefDAO is a decentralized science DAO focused on the conservation and restoration of coral reefs through community engagement, scientific research, and sustainable practices.
Membership: MesoReefDAO is open to individuals and organizations that share the same vision and are committed to contributing to the mission of the DAO.
Governance: MesoReefDAO is decentralized and operates through consensus-based decision-making. Members can propose and vote on initiatives, projects, and partnerships.
Contributions: Members of MesoReefDAO are encouraged to contribute their skills, knowledge, and resources to the DAO's initiatives and projects. Contributions may include but are not limited to scientific research, community engagement, fundraising, and marketing.
Projects: MesoReefDAO initiates and implements projects that align with its mission and vision. Projects are proposed and voted on by members, and the DAO allocates resources to their implementation.
Partnerships: MesoReefDAO collaborates with individuals, organizations, and institutions that share the same values and goals. Partnerships are proposed and voted on by members, and the DAO provides resources and support to their implementation.
Transparency: MesoReefDAO values transparency and operates in an open and honest manner. All information related to the DAO's governance, finances, and projects is publicly available.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes within MesoReefDAO are resolved through a consensus-based approach. Members are encouraged to engage in constructive dialogue and seek mediation if necessary.
Termination: Membership to MesoReefDAO may be terminated at any time at the discretion of the member or by a vote of the DAO's members.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions may be revised and updated at any time by a vote of the DAO's members. Members will be notified of any changes and have the opportunity to provide feedback before the changes are implemented.
